Deep Nervous System Rest ~ Yoga Nidra – Emma Sumner

This Practice Incorporates the ‘Resting the Nerves’ exercise from Anthony William’s (Medical Medium) Book ‘Brain Saver’ along with a Guided and Deeply Restful Yoga Nidra at the end. These two practices together I find to be Deeply Restful and relaxing to the Nervous System, Body, and Being. Kind of like getting an Energetic Massage.

Was one of my first recorded & live classes I believe. It’s 45 mins in full including a guided Yoga Nidra/Savasana at the end.
